Members will be advised of the program opening in our Newsletter. 

This payment is designed to assist members to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.  Some examples of how the funds could be used: Contribution to gym membership; new sports shoes or activewear; fitness equipment; healthy meals – anything that will help you improve your health and wellbeing. 

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Applicants must be current members at the time the program opens.

• The amount for the healthy lifestyle payment is yet to be advised.

What you’ll need to submit: 

• Completed Request for Assistance Form 

• Your Bank Account details (payment will only be made to the member’s account or joint account – not that of their partner, parent, child)
